Dustin grew up with Chrysalis.

Dustin started with Chrysalis as a teenager mowing lawns and sweeping floors. He continued providing supports for 3 individuals with disabilities while earning his degree in Computer Science at Brigham Young University. After graduation he was commissioned as an Officer in the United States Air Force. After being active duty in the Air Force for several years, Dustin was drawn back to Chrysalis.

Dustin's technology skill set and unique background allowed him to author and produce E-Care, Chrysalis' internal web-based management system. E-Care efficiently organizes client and operational data, medications and medical histories. Dustin continues to enhance E-care and provide technological services and support to all Chrysalis offices.

Dustin continues to serve as an officer in the Utah Air National Guard. He is married with three children and enjoys ATV riding, golf and movies.
