Behavior Analysts are trained to analyze biological and environmental factors to determine how behavior can change over time to enhance quality of life.
Our team of Behavior Analysts are have attended years of schooling to get advanced degrees and are nationally certified. Our Behavior Analysts work specifically with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and are able to hone their programs based on their experience with other individuals with similar behaviors. Each individual that is served by Chrysalis is assessed initially and receives ongoing assessments to determine target behaviors and plans to help the individual improve those behaviors. Chrysalis has had great success in helping individuals overcome personal obstacles that has led to a better quality of life.
